Refund & Cancellation Policy
Once the registration fee has been successfully paid, the fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
The registration fee paid for participation in the KIHMT AI Olympiad is non-refundable once the payment has been successfully completed.
Refunds will not be provided for change of mind, non-participation, absence from the examination, personal circumstances, scheduling conflicts, technical issues on the participant's side or failure to attend any stage of the competition.
Once a registration has been completed and the fee has been paid, the registration cannot be transferred to another student, person, class, school or participant.
Participants and parents/guardians are responsible for providing correct registration information. Payment made against incorrect information does not automatically qualify for a refund or transfer.
If a participant is charged more than once for the same registration due to a verified duplicate transaction, the matter may be reviewed by the organising team. Any eligible duplicate-payment resolution will be handled after verification of the transaction records.
If an amount is debited from the customer's account but the registration payment is not successfully completed, the transaction may be reviewed after verification. In such cases, the payment gateway/banking process may determine the applicable reversal timeline.
If the organisers are required to cancel or substantially modify the Olympiad due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, the organisers will communicate the applicable resolution through the official channels.
